Pilates:
Pilates is a fantastically effective body conditioning method that targets the deep postural muscles, rebalances the body and brings it into correct alignment. You will feel longer, leaner and more toned.
Ballet:
Ballet technique will use typical ballet exercises to improve your posture, strength, balance and core stability.
Contemporary Dance:
Contemprary Dance is a modern form of ballet which is usually performed in bare feet. This is a great way of exercising, creating a supple body that moves from the core. It creates ease of movement and co-ordination.
