One-to-One Pilates Tuition
(Sessions are available Monday and Tuesday at the tennis centre between 8am and 6pm. Wednesday to Saturday Home visits)
We are all different, one to one training is the ideal way to study Pilates if you are suffering from an injury or you are very focussed on obtaining your own personal fitness goals. In this way Naomi can make a full assessment of your current abilities and design a programme that will be tailored to meet your specific needs. Then she can work with you to build on your strengths as well as your weaknesses.

It is recommended that to gain the most benefit that you practice 2 to 3 times per week, but this is entirely up to you, this could depend on your current fitness programme, the time you have available and also your budget. Some clients enjoy training three times a week, while others find that one session a week fits perfectly into their lifestyle.
