Located at the function room Yealmpton, next to the Rose & Crown pub. Studio 1 Pilates is easily accessed from the A38.
Studio 1 offers private 'One to One' sessions, semi-private and group classes in Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, Aerobics and Dance, ranging from introductory to advance levels, for women, men and children.
We also have on offer beauty treatments and Reiki.
